  I'm not usually one to care enough to leave bad reviews, but as a big fan of Gucci and the excellent service they strive for, this location does not offer that. Ive visited this store a few times and the sales staff is less pleasant with each visit. They are rude and completely Impersonal, only offer help if you insistently ask for it. With my last visit, I was in search of a purse for my grandmother, and the one I was interested in was at the top of the shelf. I asked a sales woman to grab it and she responded by telling me the price. I said "Ok what does that that have to do with me seeing the bag?" she didn't even respond but proceeded to get it down for me. She then told me the price again SIX separate times while I was taking pictures to text my mother and get her opinion!! I am well aware it's Gucci and expensive, I don't understand why she thought that was necessary. I was wearing some Gucci while shopping for this bag! This is only one instance of the incompetent, derogatory behavior this store exhibits. I'll stick to my sales guy at the prudential center in Boston or the 5th Avenue NYC store where you will get the service you'd expect from a Gucci store.
