  I bought a watch from J.Crew about a year ago and recently found that it wasn't keeping good time. It wasn't the battery, and so I was apprehensive about approaching the store for a replacement. I didn't even buy it at the Natick store, and didn't have a receipt when I went in to ask about it, and the woman behind the counter replaced it on the spot, no questions asked. It was one of the easiest and most pleasant customer services experiences I've ever had, especially considering I thought it would be difficult. I highly recommend the staff at this location.
