  Our salesperson Maryann was great .She took the time to work with us to purchase the furniture that worked best. We will back to Jordan's in the future to purchase more furniture with Maryann's assistance. If i could give 10 stars to your delivery people I would.They were very nice and respectful, placed the furniture were we wanted, and they also took all of the wrappings from the delivery away with them. That never happens. We have never had such a smooth purchase and delivery experience ! Thank you !

  As usual, great experience with Jordan's. They are the standard for service. This time I purchased a new bed and platform for it. The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous, helping me find the right mattress quickly, but without rushing me in my decision. The delivery guys called ahead, showed up on time, and did a great job setting up. There was a slight issue with the way the truck had been packed—the slats for my bed were not with the frame. But the driver and his partner Carlos handled the issue quickly with aplomb, returning within a short time when the slats were found. This is where great service truly shows up. When the inevitable occasional glitch happens, it gets handled in the most convenient way for the customer.

  Purchased a sofa about 15 years ago for Jordan's. Purchased a less expensive sofa about 5 years ago from the competition for another room and found myself back at Jordan's looking for ROWE furniture. Pete was extremely helpful and well informed about the product line. He was helpful with fabric colors & paint combinations as well. Very pleased with the process.
