  Nightmare Xmas Gift! I ordered a butterfly chair and a cover for my daughter for Xmas that was promise to arrive by January 23 and it did. On the 24th evening as Santa when we were putting it together we realized they sent the wrong cover! We called and they said send the wrong item back, we rush the correct item... We have not seen anything in the mail so I called AGAIN, the sales associate said so sorry , the person forgot to override something yes I am rushing it you will receive it by January 8 or 9 the latest, told my daughter she is all excited AGAIN, did it show up? NOPE. Called again. Oh the reason we didn't ship it, it is because it is backordered till MARCH?????

  Mackenzie at Pottery Barn Teen in Natick is terrific. Excellent customer service. She helped me resolve an issue quickly and efficiently when the phone customer service for PBTeen was unable to do anything for me. She was kind, helpful, and professional, and I highly recommend her if you need any help at this store!

  I asked the sales associate at the Natick store who took my order by phone to give me an address to which I could send this note of appreciation. Shari Matza could not have been more patient or helpful in conducting a very convoluted and time-consuming order that involved searching for items online and at other stores. She was great and I wanted you to know how much I appreciated her help during this very hectic shopping season.

  Do not order furniture from them. It is expensive & then it does not come in a timely manner. We ordered 11/13. It is 12/20 & it was suppose to be here today. We cannot get any clear answers. Customer service is horrendous!!!
