  Horrible experience at this store. I made an appointment to upgrade my phone. When I arrived, each associate was with someone but no one waiting. I still waited for 40 minutes. The associate I got was the worst!!!! Couldn't explain the difference between each plan and how they would be different from what I have, couldn't explain the process of adding a line. Was so unhelpful I ended up leaving, after 15 mins. Also note, my phone screen is shattered, and I would rather live with it than go back to this location. I'll go trade in at the apple store instead, and work with At&t over the phone.
