  Went to the Natick mall specifically for victoria's secret. Opening hours say 8 am. Got to the mall at 10 it was closed... 2 hours later still at the mall and the ONLY store with its doors closed was victorias secret. Tried calling mutliple times.. no answer. Literally every other store in the mall was open right on time. Not sure who you have running this store but it's very unprofessional especially during the semi annual sale. You just lost a lot of business.

  This is one of the largest stores in the Boston area. The store is well laid out and very clean. The staff is very friendly and are there to assist you if you need it. It is very comfortable to shop in this store and the amount of items that it has is big enough that anyone can find something for that special one. I recommend this store as it is one of the best experiences I have had in a Victoria's Secret store todate.
